LiFei Textiles Co., Ltd., is a textile enterprise that incorporates
production and commerce, is dealing with R & D as well as production
of natural original bamboo fiber and the related products such as yarns,
fabrics, garments and beddings, etc.. Establishment of the company is
owing to the nation’s bamboo resource policy. China possesses the most
abundant bamboo resource in the world; therefore, appropriate utilizing of
the bamboo resource can satisfy the demand on natural original bamboo
fibers. Development of original bamboo fiber finds a novel approach to
making rational use of bamboo resource and in addition, it realizes partly
the idea of “replacing cotton with bamboo”. In view of this fact, in
2000, Suzhou Lifei Textiles Co., Ltd. cooperated with College of Textiles,
Donghua University in developing natural original bamboo fiber and
succeeded finally by years’ efforts. To strengthen the industry of
natural bamboo fiber, Suzhou Lifei Textiles Co., Ltd. invested and
registered the Suzhou Shengzhu Household Textile Co., Ltd. in 2006 for
producing and dealing with series of products of natural original bamboo
fiber specially. Taking the vast domestic bamboo resource into
consideration and relying on the powerful technical support from College
of Textiles, Donghua University and the advanced management concepts of
our company, we never stop our steps in pursuing of innovation. The
following are series of products successfully developed by us: pure
spinning yarns of natural original bamboo fiber, natural original bamboo
fiber blended spinning yarns , natural original bamboo fiber fabrics,
natural original bamboo fiber garment, natural original bamboo fiber
towels, natural original bamboo fiber socks, natural original bamboo fiber
beddings, etc. Firmly implementing the marketing concepts of promoting the
natural bamboo fiber products world widely, persistently fostering
“SHENBOO” branded series products of natural original bamboo fiber to
make it become a golden brand at home and abroad, steadily pushing on the
development of natural original bamboo fiber.
2007,
we have developed a new type of natural textile fibres, banana fiber.When
,we
developed banana fiber series yarns, banana fiber series fabrics,
banana fiber clothings.Technical parameters of banana fiber:Average
fineness 2386 Nm; average strength 3.93 cN / dtex; average length 50 ~ 60
mm(or 38mm). Banana fibers can be used for cotton spinning,OE-spinning,
compact spinning, and other short-spinning technology system, also can be
used Bast fiber spinning(ramie,flax,hemp spinning), Silk Spinning, wool
spinning, semi-worsted spinning system, and other long-spinning technology
system . This Technology of banana fibers,
